Lomamajat – Gibsons

”Two days before our stay we were notified that we were being moved to a different rental which apparently was an upgrade. What was not clear in the photo was the lack of space above the mattress (double) on the floor(no “bed”) and the ceiling. Not high enough to sit up while on the bed and have to bum scoot to the end and climb down a very precarious ladder. We both nearly hurt ourselves on it (super slippery) and we are pretty fit. It was heated using space heaters and while on, cannot use...

”Ocean view from room and the various decks. Very friendly Host. Bring yiur own robe for cross-hall bathroom. Heated toilet with electric controls was a Luxury Touch... we are now addicted to that feature and shopping for one ourselves now. We will return !”

”We had a wonderful stay at the Blue House! The property was beautiful, immaculate, and exactly as described. It was very easy to access, included convenient parking, and was located in a great area. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee that was provided, we were even able to make coffee each morning. Overall, we loved the experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!”

”The cabin is indeed micro and quite suitable for a solo traveller. With such limited space, it would be very difficult to include a comfortable chair, as much as that would be appreciated. I wouldn’t recommend the ladder leading to the loft for anyone hesitant using one. All in all, I was pleased with the effort put into making this cabin as comfortable and welcoming as it was.”

”This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for peace and quiet. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular and we saw deer next to the deck almost every day of our trip. Both the bed and sofa bed were comfortable. We can't wait to return for another stay!”

”Overall a great place. Lockbox was a pain to open because I arrived at night and couldn’t see. The suite smelled a little like cat pee. The bed was made nicely and the owner was very responsive and helpful.”

”Lovely place, really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and Keurig machine as well as the complimentary coffee and tea, and the hosts are very accommodating! Did not have a car but the place is very close to the ferry, town, and many hikes. Would definitely stay here again!”
