Ideal for 4 people, this cosy accommodation offers all the comfort you need for a stress-free stay, summer or winter. As a couple, with friends or as a family, enjoy a warm and well-located spot to explore the region and its mountains.

- Stay: Single sofa bed, cosy relaxation area



- Sleeping area: Double bed (140x200) + single bed (90x190), (duvets, blankets and pillows included)



- Kitchen: Fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, filter coffee maker and kettle



- Bathroom: Bathtub, for a moment of relaxation after an active day



Other facilities: Free public parking, wifi, swimming pool and sauna (perfect for relaxing after skiing or hiking).

Located at 1 Chemin de Coves, 74210 Giez, your studio is just a few minutes from Lake Annecy and its beaches to enjoy summer swimming and an incredible panorama. The shops and restaurants in Giez town centre are accessible within a few minutes on foot or by car – perfect for picking up fresh bread in the morning or treating yourself to a Savoyard dinner in the evening.
