”Great Hotel service Good reception, , I was pleased to meet the hotel manager Mr. Hamada and he was explaining the hotel facilities to us , Also the hotel provide excellent cleaning, Mr. Shoukry the rooms manager is doing great efforts following all needs and requests . the room is well maintained , the facilities are great , good food , good Cooktail service. Good shuttle service to the beach , ”

”The hotel is huge and the premises are nice, the receptionists are rude since checking in, we felt very unwelcome and the rest of the staff is very unfriendly except when they want to sell you something. It says “all inclusive “ but it’s not, since the breakfast they’re trying to sell you extras like smoothies for 2 dollars and you get ice cream only from 14:00 to 16:00 other hours is 2 dollars, like seriously??? The food is horrible, tasteless, old and overall no variety, the location is far...
