”The house was clean and had been updated. Good space for parking and an excellent quiet neighborhood. The space was not pre-heated for us when we arrived, and it took the first night to get things warmed up. A little hard to manage the temperature with the in wall heaters, space heaters, and no central thermostat. Great water pressure and hot water temperature. ”

”I have stayed at many different VRBO locations, and I have to say that this was one of the best. The thoughtfulness of the host was out of this world. From the fresh baked bread, to the continental breakfast, to the snacks and hot tub, this place had it all. I look forward to going back in the future.”

”Very impressed with the communication from Lucia in all respects. The accom description was perfect, and the house was extremely clean! Easy access to downtown and the airport. Off street parking for our rental vehicle was safe and had plenty of availability. We really enjoyed our stay here and will look to do so again should we return to Seattle.”

”This townhouse was in a great location - walking distance to the Space Needle, a grocery store and a variety of restaurants. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. As others mentioned, there are A LOT of stairs so be prepared. Also, the loft is a great space, but the front windows are not covered and there is a street light right outside which made it a little difficult to sleep (not to mention the homeless man screaming for 2 hours outside the front windows in the middle...

”Super thin walls. You can hear every step. If you sleep on bottom floor the water pipes are right behind your head in the walls so you hear every flush or shower. Easy location to get to/from downtown Seattle. Just a few minutes. Street traffic is heavy during weekdays as there seems to be only one exit from the neighborhood. We parked along the street as the parking spot was difficult to get into with a large SUV.”
