”I was very disappointed with my experience at NH. The hotel was expensive compared to the quality. The lobby and conference spaces where great, but the rooms not so much. In my room, the first thing I saw was some curly black hairs of the previous visitor on the floor. The bathroom just screamed "cheap renovation" all over.

Desayuno perfecto.”

Problems: -no hot water in the shower -fitness facility was not open though it was a big factor in choosing this property; no offer of compensation or apology offered. Can easily take airport bus to and from local towns as not much to do at the hotel if spending more than one night.”

”Loved how quiet our room was on the plaza!”

”Hotel muy bien situado y todo impecable.”

I thus canceled my bus ticket accordingly. I checked later before going to bed if the taxi reservation is ok for an early schedule. I was now...

”Siisti hotelli, hiukan syrjällä mutta 7 min kävelymatkalla Playa de SAN Lorenzoon. Aamiainen oli erittäin kallis”
