”For these rates I wouldn’t expect to find…. 1) an absolutely filthy waste can. Spent 20 minutes scrubbing it myself. 2) no toilet paper….. really ! 3) Dirty floors and baseboards 4) Dirty bathrooms. 5) Filthy stovetop.”
