”The rooms are not overly clean- lots of dust. The tv in the room is horrible. It would not respond to the remote easily - very delayed. Also you can’t connect your device to the tv like other hotels to stream. You have to pay for movies - old school and limited and faulty as wouldn’t always play the movie. Had to call reception to have Maintence come up. Even then it struggled to work. The Mayfair reception staff didn’t even know the in room iPad could book a taxi. As we booked one for advance...

”The staff are the biggest assert here, all 4 four front desk people I met were very helpful and friendly. No housekeeping service is different? If you remove that I think a laundry should be provided. I enjoyed my stay and most likely will return.”

”My first room was well below par for a 'Deluxe Queen' by being shabby and numerous maintenance issues. The replacement room that I was given was MUCH better. The staff were attentive and helpful. Unfortunately some workers came to upgrade the mobile phone tower for the last 4 days of my stay and took over and blocked 1/2 of the car park day & night making parking very difficult (impossible at times) and inconvenient, BUT NOT the fault of Jacksons. The reasons it’s not a 5: wifi is a bit slow and seems choppy, parking costs extra and it’s needed if you have a car. Beds are good, and pillows are decent.
