A nostalgic treat with the most amazing sandy shorefront with dock. No frills and no fuss, authentic and rustic. Feels like coming home. The main house/cottage has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. First bedroom looks out a the water with a Queen bed and a 3/4 bath attached. Second bedroom has Two Twin Beds and third bedroom has a queen size bed. Bathroom is in the hallway near those rooms. Fully functional kitchen and open spaced dining and living area with a huge picture window to Lake Winnipesaukee. In the back portion of the garage there is a full bathroom and laundry room.

Property sleeps 10 in beds and is all one level living. Sandy beach right in front of your cottage and a dock for your boat of up to 20 feet with a 3 foot depth. Adirondack chairs for enjoying the sun and the views. Plant yourself and take a deep breath. You won't want to leave the waterfront. This home is truly special.

Please Note: This is a dog friendly home! There is a pet agreement that will need to be signed prior to arrival and a pet fee will be added to your reservation as well. Linens are not included with this home so you will need to bring your own sheets and towels, or you can rent them from Break Away Rentals.
