”Surpassed any expectations on every level. The villa is just beautifully set with everything you can think of needing on a vacation. Just a few minutes walk from a great beach in onsurf, stroll or chill. And with one of the best restaurants in the island for both ots food and the service. Staff is amazing and they will do anything to keep you happy. Like I said in the title “any great review will just come short of how great this place is”. ”

”Not what it used to be !! We stayed at this place after having such a lovely experience previously. However, this stay was very disappointing. We opted for upsell to the 5 BR villa on check-in which looked lovely in the pictures, but were stuck with a villa that stunk of sewerage the whole time! "Everything from start to finish was a complete experience. Tranquility of the resort was something we were looking from our trip to Lombok. Katamaran was just the right choice. The villas with private pool offered privacy and the perfect place to rest. Services and facilities work and are clean and they have the best staff! You can have the best infrastructure and land but the staff is the part that makes the place. Here in Katamaran every single one who we met from the staff was amazing. Yadi from the staff helped us with everything more than we could expect. Really one of the best hospitality professionals I've met. To sum it up, Katamaran is going to my top favorite hotels and we hope to have the opportunity to return maybe even next year."
