Charming summerhouse near Gilleleje and Hornbæk

Welcome to Byåsen 22 – a bright and welcoming holiday home set in peaceful, green surroundings close to Gilleleje, Hornbæk and some of North Zealand’s finest beaches. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the calm, comfort and classic Scandinavian summer-house atmosphere.



The main house features a light and functional layout with a spacious living area and open kitchen, where large windows provide a lovely view of the garden. It’s the perfect spot for sharing meals, slow mornings and relaxing evenings.



There are two bedrooms; a children’s room with a 190 cm bunk bed, and a master bedroom with a double bed. Plus a bright bathroom in classic Nordic style.



The annexes offer extra flexibility:

• a newer annex with a double bed – ideal for guests or teenagers

• a smaller, older annex with two single beds (not suitable for winter stays)



Outdoor living is a key part of the experience. You’ll find a large wooden terrace with dining area and sun lounge, as well as a spacious lawn with plenty of room for play and relaxation.



The area offers beautiful nature, charming cafés, cosy harbours and great walking and cycling routes along the coast. Hornbæk and Gilleleje are just minutes away, Helsingør is only a 20-minute drive, and Copenhagen around 45 minutes. You can catch the local train “Grisen” just 600 metres from the house.
