”Was a nice place to stay. The property was set away from the major traffic on a service road, which was a plus for privacy and noise. The front desk was attentive to requests for an extra coffee packet and sugar. Room was clean, bed was clean, shower and facilities were clean. (I have a blood, urine light that exposes unclean surfaces)- a good thing to have when staying at a hotel. If I ever have to stay in Shreveport, LA. again, this will be one I will consider. ”The Front Desk Staff were patient and courteous answering all my dumb questions. The room reserved was exactly what we had requested. The amenities onsite were perfect for us. Didn't need to leave during our two day stay IF we didn't need to. Bonus for us: seeing Jason Day and his caddie, Luke Reardon!”

”Staff was rude and frustrated because she was working by herself and it was a long line And rooms were not smelling clean ,sheets didn’t feel like that crisp clean feel it felt like sticky sheets… tv had one battery remote..sit was put all the way on 60 degrees and it still did not get cold ..overall 0 out of ten..I don’t recommend!!”
