The villa itself is absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything you could need. The outdoor area is just as impressive, featuring a gorgeous pool and lovely grounds. It’s the perfect place to relax or host an event. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway!”

”Die Villa liegt herrlich oberhalb von Capo D´ Orlando. Der Tennisplatz ist vor der Haustüre. Der Pool ist sehr Groß 6mX12m. Außenrum gibt es viel Grün. Die Terrasse vor dem Haus ist überdacht und ebenfalls groß. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das einzige was uns fehlte war ein Geschirrspüler. Wenn es Fragen gab, der Vermieter war immer erreichbar.”

”This property has such a wonderful local feel. It’s not too touristy, the restaurants along the beach were excellent we visited some local nearby towns and just enjoy doing local things. The house itself is exactly as in the listing. However, the view is absolutely incredible. We enjoyed the pool and the tennis courts while we were there.”

”Beautiful home and area”

”The villa is on a gated community with stunning views across the marina and bay to the Aeolian Islands. The property is semi-detached with thin walls and the noise from next door at times spoilt our peace day and night. There is a massive balcony outside the downstairs bedroom (which is more of a suite) but it has no furniture apart from one chair. The lighting in the villa, particularly on the stairs is inadequate, as are the bedside lights. The pool is excellent and the cleanliness was great,...
