”The first room we were assigned smelled like a middle school locker room . It was clear the carpets were not clean . The front desk had to move us to another room . Then, that evening , we were greeted by a 3 inch roach crawling across the bed. On the morning , we mentioned our evening to the general manager who jokingly said “ it was a normal occurrence in Georgia this time of year .” The breakfast was next . ”I didn't have problems so much with my room, my problems were with the load nneighbors were addressed but continued to be load even after being addressed. So I had hoped I wouldn't have to call more then once but I did and they continued to be load well after 1AM. MY AC was just as load.”

One small wastebasket for the room. No shower curtain liner. Refrigerator leaked overnight and we had to use the towels to clean the floor. That's how we found out the floors were FILTHY 😡. ”We reserved a two double bed with kitchen for 4 days and everything went great especially since it's located in Columbus GA was a very nice city. Plenty of stores and restaurants to get us by on our mini vacation.”
