It is not a traditional hotel (no front desk reception, but instead there is a person to contact via What’s App who is responsive and answers immediately). ”Hotel was fully booked and we got smaller room than promised in the confirmation. That was fixed the day after. Introduction text at hotels.com is a bit missleading. There are no views from all of the rooms. Our ”views” were to a parking area and to an inside alley with aircondiotion machines etc. Twin beds are rare. Breakfast is great! All in all a good choice in Jerusalem Old City. Service is normal professional. ”
