”My stay at the Holiday Inn on Williamson Road in Roanoke, VA was excellent from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, making the entire experience stress-free. The staff went above and beyond by checking in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed.
I also appreciated the added security. The elevators required a room key for access, which made me feel safe knowing only registered guests could access the guest floors.

I reviewed the other room and I received feedback from Hampton basically saying I lied or that was my interpretation. I stated my room smelled like a wet dog and that there had been a spider in the bathroom. Thier response was they checked my room and they didn't see a spider and the room smelled fine to them. Well of course I killed the spider. I didn't say it was infested. The room does smell however. ...

”My only regret is I could only stay one night. The room was perfect, full kitchen, living room, massive walk-in closet. This place would be perfect for a long stay in town.
Lastly, and this may not be for everyone but THERE IS A BREWERY ON SITE!!! I arrived an hour early to check in and I enjoyed a few.
Check in and checkout were all via automated text and I had no issues.”

”The check in was seamless and quick. The room was stunning and clean. Yes, the thumping music from the club next door was distracting until after midnight but a sound machine made it bearable. My suggestion is with such a lovely hotel that you increase the amenities ten fold. There were 3 muffins and mediocre coffee only at front desk in the morning.
