”The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I...

”If you have bad knees and severe arthritis like me THERE’S NO ELEVATOR DO NOT STAY HERE unless you can carry your luggage up flights of stairs. For me it was a struggle that left me in tears. The room was OK, room lighting is dark, a bit of mold, a dingy bathtub, broken thermostat button, but decently clean. The desk guy was nice, but casually told me after check-in there’s no elevator. No offer of help. I can’t comment on the breakfast the stairs hindered that trip. ”

”We were desperate and traveling with small children so we had to stay one night at this hotel. It took going through four different rooms before one was somewhat acceptable. There were stains on the matress and bedding, bugs in the room, no shower curtain in one room we went through, food and garbage on the floor. The tile in the bathroom was dirty. This hotel deserves to be turned into the local health department. ”

”Bedding was so comfortable. Room was quiet. Nice selection for breakfast and the food was good.”

”Rusty water rust coming out of the sink faucet dirty stained like very stained towels breakfast was a joke and the receptionist called my room 2 mins after check in to ask if I had more ppl staying in my room then what I booked when we booked with a block so there were other children coming in and out of all the rooms ”

”Issues with check in, staff was difficult to communicate with, breakfast was bland. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the pool was nice. The lobby smelled and the hallways were not clean. ”

”They had little black spiders there in the hotel room and the pool was tiny my kids didnt go swimming bcuz the pool was too packed with people,and the room was small for a suite and had trash from the previous person under the bed and on side the dresser,the staff was rude also.and they overcharged me.”

”Had a bite mark on my hand when I woke up and that freaked me out. Check in clerk was rude. The check out clerk was older and soooooo nice, helpful, and did not ignore us and make us seem as if we were interrupting her. She deserves a 10 out vid ten. This place was an accidental booking, but it was very peaceful and quiet.”
