This retreat features a charming patio area with plenty of seating surrounding a firepit. Inside, this beautiful and welcoming cottage features an open floor plan with hardwood floors, exposed wood beams, wall-to-wall windows, and vaulted ceilings. Unwind in the inviting living area, furnished with a gas fireplace, a flatscreen TV with cable and a DVD player, and comfortable sofas. Treat your friends to delicious homemade meals thanks to the well-appointed kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a six-person dining table. Additional amenities include an on-site washer/dryer, air conditioning throughout, and high-speed WiFi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
