Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Long Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cardinal Corner. The house was in a great location (within walking distance to everything), was very updated, well stocked and had a great back yard that included a grill and fire pit. We would definitely stay there again.

Great weekend with friends!

A friend and I spent a long weekend in Sleeping Bear Dunes with our 5 kids. This house was set up perfectly for us with one family on one end of the house and one family on the other end. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots/pans/utensils. The house was in a great location and clean. Beds were comfortable too. I would definitely stay here again!

It is a nice property with plenty of room for seven of us. They had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and some extras. The back porch has a nice wooded view. It is one of the nicest houses we have rented. You can walk to both lakes but it is mostly private property at the end of the roads. We rented jet skis, hiked the dunes, and rented a pontoon on another day. It is a nice area to stay.

Sleeping Bear Getaway

A great getaway to visit Sleeping Bear Dunes! Wish we could have stayed longer but will hopefully be back soon. The house was well-stocked and clean with lots of room to spread out. It was located close to the dunes and the town nearby had good restaurants.

Cardinal Corners lovely but slight disappointment

This home has a lot of potential. Unfortunately when we arrived the unit had supposedly been cleaned, but done so in a whirlwind. Fridge and freezer were full of food debris, hairs and even a couple of dead bugs. Kitchen is beautiful but sink strainer had garbage in it, black fingerprints on the white cupboards and jelly on the chairs and counters full of crumbs. Carpet in living room is full of stains. And there was more. I had to clean everything including urine stains off toilet seat. Bring your own bath towels; those provided were embarrassingly threadbare. Never had an experience like this in renting every year from VRBO for 10 years. Vacasa eventually made things better, but after driving for 5 hours, you want your expensive rental cleaned. Very disappointing rental experience.

!Great well kept property

This rental was great! Very clean has everything you need there, silverware, plates, bowls, cups and more. Just within walking distance to downtown with a ton of small shops. Checkin was fast and easy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is interested. My family/friends had a fantastic time here and created a ton of memories!

Great Stay

We rented this house for a long weekend with some friends to attend a wedding at The Homestead. The back porch was wonderful and we had deer come right up to the property line. We brought our 2 year and he loved exploring outside. The layout of the house made it a great stay for a big group.

Perfect Place for your family

My family came to Glen Arbor to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. Cardinal Corner was a perfect place for our family of 6. Clean, roomy and tucked in the woods, this property was home away from home. We had everything we needed and the location to town was within walking distance. We will be back!!!

So sweet

We loved this house! We fell in love with Glen Arbor! It was absolutely perfect location, perfect size, everything! It was walking distance to lakes and beaches and the cute little town shops. The house was so clean and new it felt like it was just built. We grilled out both nights we were there and did s’mores in the fire pit with our boys. We hiked sleeping bear dunes, ran a half marathon in Empire, explored all the little areas, and it felt like coming “home” at the end of the day. Highly highly recommend this home and we will definitely be coming back!

Great stay at Glen Arbor

Ah, the smell of the freshly new house! This property is not just amazing from the location and layout perspective, it also seems to be newly built! We loved everything about it, - from perfect location just minutes from both downtown Glen Arbor as well as Glen Lake, to great spacious floor plan, high ceilings with skylights, very comfortable and thoughtful layout, tasteful decorations, and plentiful amenities. We had friends over for dinner two nights in a row, and got to enjoy the screened patio, gas grill for steaks, and a firepit, while kids played board games inside; it worked out just perfect. We felt secluded enough to relax and enjoy nature while also being minutes from restaurants, shops, art galleries, awesome playground and the beach. Will definitely consider staying here again!
