”The lobby was very dirty, and when I got to the room, it was filthy, and there were bugs—like bedbugs—crawling on the bed. When I spoke to the person at the front desk, they told me it was the only room available and that if I wanted to stay, that was the room available, and that if I left, they wouldn't refund my money, because I was the one who didn't want to stay.”

”The property needs renovations specifically inside the room. There was no toilet paper holder, the AC made strange sounds at night. But the wors thing is the other people inside thebproperty apparently they live here. And we felt watched at all times. At night we coulnt sleep because there was two people outside taliking for kver an hour.we though there were listening to see if we were asleep. At 5am outside of the room there was a tall tree with many birds singing. One of the reasons we stayed...

”This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking.”
