”The desk staff were not very courteous and very unprofessional. The breakfast was not very good. The person at the desk was not helpful when asking questions about extra napkins and we were told the refrigerator was broken. The creamer for the coffee which needed refrigeration was left out at all times.”

”It was a nice clean room. The sink is not in the bathroom, which I didn’t catch in the pictures, I just don’t prefer that set up. The people were very nice. The “road noise” other people mentioned wasn’t an issue for us although we were in the front of the motel. ”

”Accessing the parking lot is a little tricky because you have to go behind a restaurant to get to the hotel but that is my only complaint. The rooms felt clean and quiet amd the staff was efficient and pleasant in every interaction we had. Breakfast is simple, with waffles, yogurt, and cereal but we'll stocked with expanded hours until 10 am.”

”It was very nice and clean and quiet. However, none of the ice machines worked. It would have been nice if the staff would have let me know when I checked in so that I didn't have to check each floor to find out for myself. The breakfast was a little sad too. It might have been better advertised as continental and then be happily surprised.”

”I travel a lot and this hotel rates highly compared to others I’ve stayed in. The property was clean, and the room itself was spotless and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. ”I’ve stayed here plenty of time in which the other times were okay. But this time the room was dirty and smelled like mold and there was a strong smell coming from the drain. Worst stay ever. I couldn’t even stay there and they had no other rooms to switch me to. I reserved it for 2 nights and didn’t stay either I went to a friends house in town. ”This Red Lion is conventient and inexensive. I stay there frequently when I'm working in the area. Having said this, there are some minor issues almost every time I stay. This time, the safty latch on the inside of the room door was busted out and completely missing. Also a pair of socks from a previous guest was left on the shelf above the coat hangers.
