”Stayed here with husband, son and daughter-in-law to attend a family wedding nearby. The apartment was spotless, beds comfortable, kitchen well-equipped (not that we cooked as there are many restaurants in the area. The deck and beach were wonderful. It’s one of three units in the building but it was quiet and felt very private. Alex was very helpful. The house rules are reasonable and easy to follow. Probably best for adults and older children.”

”Cottage is rustic but clean in an amazing location. The view out to the boats moored in the water is one of a kind. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and it worked well for us -- good sharp knives was a plus. Being able to walk down the dock and get the freshest lobsters possible for an excellent price was the highlight of our stay. ”We spent three nights at Pauls Cottage. As a local host for vacation homes on Cape Cod. ”Had the good old field of what we always called a "camp." Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and glassware, etc. The lobster processing facility made for a bit of noise and a pretty steady stream of traffic. A lot of trucks, from pickups to semis coming in and out. Didn't really bother us a whole lot but it might bother other people. Overall the view of the water was pretty nice except for the power lines and there's not much that can be done about that. Have to have electricity after all.”

”We were supposed to stay down the road from this property but had a bad experience prior to checking in with a staff member so we were lucky to secure the last reservation at Strawberry Hill. Check in was very pleasant and quick. The room was immaculate and overlooked the water. There was no coffee in room however there was in the lobby in the morning. The pool was beautiful and clean, the grounds walkable and gorgeous. Don’t hesitate to stay here.”
