”The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well appointed with plenty of light and a window that opened. Great shower and big bath towels. Delicious breakfast cooked to order. We loved the grapevines wending their way along the verandah and the outdoor rooms. There are plenty of wonderful walks close by and it's a delightful and easy stroll into town along the Rotary path.”

”Hotel itself is an older building but has had some work done. Our deluxe king room with balcony/patio (all ground level rooms) was spacious & clean with large separate bathroom. With nice weather took advantage to sit outside and enjoy. On the Mayday Hills grounds so nice and quiet at night. Rang ahead to check on the bbq and it was ready for us during the stay. The walk back from town is uphill but very manageable. Would recommend.”

”A complete disconnect from what is shown. Dark, gloomy, Mitch, small and cramped. The welcome link is broken, no guide with the WiFi instructions. No way to contact the absent manager. No smoke detector in the bedroom, and stuffy air (no makeup air.) We couldn’t sleep, it was just a terrible disappointment.”

”It’s not bad for a motel . The staff are great . You can hear everything from outside in your room. The shower was bad the hot water took so long to start and the pressure was really weak. also the body wash was not filled in the shower . ”

”It was easy checking in since they send you all the details a few hours before you come. There is no reception, but staff are responsive when you sms them. The place is clean, but it would have been better if both bathrooms had provision of toiletries. The shampoo, conditioner and soap were only available to one of the bathrooms, so we just ended up using one when it would have been easier to be able to use both given that we are family. One of the toilets had something dripping from the roof so...
