Omakotitalo kukkulalla ylhäältä päin 6 hehtaarin kiinteistöllä

Ylellinen kukkulan rinteessämme sijaitseva hotelli sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla Napan ja Sonoma-viinimaiden välissä. 6 hehtaarin tila on kauniilla rinteellä Glen Ellen / Kenwoodin sydämessä, puiden ympäröimä ja upeat näkymät viinimaiden viinitarhoille.
Koti on kokonaan uusittu (2019), ja siinä on ylelliset mukavuudet, noin 4000 neliöjalkaa lämmitetty uima-allas ja suuri viihde-alue ulkona / ulkona viinimaiden sydämessä ... olet oma pieni paratiisi. Ajotie kulkee kauniin 200-vuotiaan Olive Grove -sivustomme kautta yksityiselle rinteessäsi olevalle perääntymiselle.
Tämä räätälöity koti tarjoaa sinulle ihanteellisen mahdollisuuden uppoutua rentouttavaan oleskeluun Wine Countryn sydämessä. Tarjoamme jokaiselle jotakin. Lapset voivat nauttia uima-altaasta (lämmitetty valinnainen) tai vain pelata suuressa alakerran leikkihuoneessa (biljardipöytä, 65 "TV, DVD, videopelit). Tai aikuiset voivat nauttia rentoutumisesta uima-altaan äärellä juomien avulla kahdelta (2) mukautetulta baarilta (yksi yläkerrassa ja toinen alakerrassa pois pelihuoneesta).
Ylellisessä kodissamme on tilaa 12+: lle kautta 4 makuuhuonetta ja 4 kylpyä sekä queen-vuodesohva suuressa pelihuoneessamme. Kodin mukavuuksiin kuuluu; ruokasalin ulkopuolella ja ruokasalin sisätiloissa, ulkona oleva alue, jossa on lämmitetty uima-allas ja upeat näkymät viinitarhoille, kaksi (2) baaripalkkia (1 yläkerrassa 1 alakerrassa), kaksi (2) autotalli, 4 televisiota, DVD-soitin alakerrassa (tarjota erilaisia DVD-elokuvia), Suora TV, Internet, jääpalakone (80 kiloa päivässä), biljardipöytä, Nitento Switch Game (erilaisia pelejä). Kodin mukana tulee uusi täysin varusteltu gourmet-keittiö, jossa on 6 polttimen kaasuliesi, kaksinkertainen sähköuuni, mikroaaltouuni / kiertoilmauuni, kaksi täysikokoista jääkaappia, pesukone / kuivausrumpu ja Heat / AC ympäri vuoden.

* Takuumaksu vaaditaan. Talletus vapautetaan 10–14 päivän kuluessa uloskirjautumisesta.

The house was wonderful - perfect location for all that we planned to do, had family movie night downstairs on the big TV and cooked outside on the grill 3 times. Hilltop Property in Sonoma

The property was fantastic. The pool/ hot tub area was a hit with our sons. The location is idyllic. Close to many excellent wineries but almost silent at the actual property. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous Home with Top Notch Hosts

Bryan & Paula were top notch hosts. We celebrated my parent’s 50th anniversary at their gorgeous home. Their kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. The layout of the home was perfect for our gathering of 9-plenty of space to gather, a table with plenty of chairs to eat at, & comfortable beds for everyone. Their yard is gorgeous with a pool, hot tub, bbq, & plenty of places to sit and enjoy the gorgeous view of the mountains. Being we went in February, we didn’t get to enjoy the yard as much as we would have liked, so that just means we will have to return at a warmer time! There was an issue with the water as it had stormed the week before we arrived & a pipe broke. I texted Bryan on Friday evening & he responded right away. He came Saturday & fixed the issue & was very apologetic. You can tell Bryan & Paula take pride in their home. We highly recommend this beautiful mountain retreat & cannot wait to return!

My daughter 21st birthday trip

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful property, from the view to the outside pool and hot tub and outdoor seating ( only wish the weather was warmer to enjoy it. But this house had everything you could wish for in a house. It location was around smaller wineries which was perfect for new wine drinkers.

40th Birthday Girls Trip

We had an amazing weekend at this property. We didn’t see another human being outside of our group, which was exactly what we wanted. It was private and quiet and peaceful. We took full advantage of the pool on a hot October day. We could tell the pool had been recently cleaned, but I think the treatment hadn’t dissolved all the way because there was a lot on the bottom of the pool. It did get dissolved by day 3 though. The house was very clean and the instructions were all straightforward and easy to follow. It was fully stocked and even had makeup remover wipes and extra toothbrushes in the bathroom. The towels were a bit on the stiff side and a few extra pool towels would have been helpful. The master bed was sooo comfy too! We liked the Nespresso maker in the mornings and the ice maker was key as well. Overall it was an amazing birthday trip and we didn’t need to reach out about anything at all during our stay. Would definitely book again.

A very good stay

We had 4 adults & 5 children and stayed comfortably. The common areas are spacious, well appointed and updated (kitchen, dining area, basement living room, outside pool area, patio etc). We would stay here again. The owners seem very interested in offering a great experience and we had no need to communicate with them during our stay - which says alot about them and the property. The property is very safe and is double-gated with a lovely driveway up to the house. At this price point, I expect a very high standard and so the following notes are more about attention to detail and are meant merely to help bring the rating up to 5 stars. Things to improve include: updating the bathrooms (toilets specifically), fixing a few doors inside the house (some of them would not close properly and 1 was broken) and providing more towels for the pool given that the property sleeps 9 comfortably. The master suite is fantastic but all of the closets were filled with stuff (e.g. mattresses, bags, boxes etc). Also, the sliding door to the toilet was broken and needs to be fixed. Note: I thought there was a pool table AND a table tennis table but the TT table needs to be placed on top of the pool table. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Girls Weekend

It was a perfect getaway for a girls weekend! The house was gorgeous and fully stocked. There’s a local grocery store and plenty of wineries nearby. We ended up cancelling all our wine tastings and spent most of our time hanging out by the pool and enjoying the amazing views. There was also a good selection of restaurants nearby. Salt & Stone was a 7 mins drive away and the food/atmosphere was great! Overall, we had a fantastic girls weekend and would recommend this place to everyone! Thank you Bryan and Paula!

This is an excellent property with thoughtful, effective, and responsive hosts! Our group of ten adults had a terrific time and so appreciated all of the activities, the beautiful pool, and the group-ready property.

A Golden Time in Glen Ellen

A modern and elegant home with majestic views! This house was clean, comfortable and a perfect setting for our group of mature girlfriends celebrating a bride-to-be! We enjoyed a spacious living room and played games, a beautiful updated kitchen, dinner and brunch in the dining area for shared meals and heartwarming conversations, and a heated pool and hot tub. If it was warmer, we would've leveraged the outdoor deck more because it is perfect for bbqs and entertaining. There are 4 official bedrooms, with pull-out sofa beds downstairs in the game room. There are 4 full bathrooms. Capacity for 12 really depends on the comfort level of your group sharing beds in rooms. There were plenty of towels for the guests. Extra blankets and sheets were laundered, but in plastic bags; we had to look for them in closets throughout the home. Parking is limited on the property to 5 cars overnight, so I suggest carpooling for large groups. Overall, our stay met and exceeded our expectations. The location was near small family owned wineries and fantastic restaurants. Benziger Winery and Tasting room was a great one, B. Wise and Mayo. We had a fancy French dining experience at A Girl and the Fig about 20 minutes away. We.loved our time here and look forward to returning to Glen Ellen again.

Secluded Beauty

If you want all the comforts of a luxury home and the added benefit of privacy then this is the home to stay at. My family and dogs throughly enjoyed the homes floor plan, it’s very spread out with rooms at different wings of the house. The game room was a big hit, shooting pool until the wee hours of the morning. The heated pool and the hot tub were our 2nd most used activities. It was so nice to have a heated pool during December! The teenagers loved it! The back deck pool/hot tub area is fenced in for the added convenience if you bring your dog. No need to worry if they are out back. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Lots of towels, blankets, pillows, oh and they stock the showers with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner just in case you didn’t bring yours no need to run to the store! Bryan was excellent in communication from the day I booked to the day we left he was an awesome owner! Best vacation in a long time, will definitely be going back.
