”The hotel and area is very nice. Beautiful. I wasn’t satisfied with the massage at the spa considering I asked for deep tissue and paid over $700 for a couples massage. I left still feeling like I needed a massage. Other than that, the food was delicious at the onsite restaurant. The views were amazing. The hairstylist at the salon was wonderful.”

”Staff was helpful and went out of their way to be accommodating . Soft comfortable beds and pillows. Great breakfast buffet that was packed with protein.”

”Breakfast is ok. There's an IHOP next door. Rooms are xlean and very comfortable. I like the kitchen and table room options. Great value.”

”Breakfast is good, you can see Pikes Peak from the hotel with easy access to the mountain. Rooms are good-sized. Nice stay overall, Manitou Springs itself is a bit pricey but nice.”

”2nd time staying at this property. My room has had the best view twice. I can see the manitou incline from it. I really like this city.”

”I was disappointed with my stay at the Cliff House. There was construction happening all around the front of the hotel and throughout the inside as well, and I was never made aware of it when booking. When paying a higher rate for a stay, guests should at least have the option to know about major construction beforehand. It really affected the overall experience. On top of that, the staff was not the friendliest or most welcoming. Overall, not the experience I expected.”

”The breakfast was incredible. Fresh, hot homemade baked French toast, pistachio chocolate cake, fresh fruit salad. Arlene is an amazing cook and a fascinating person.”

”I really love this place! It's worth what you pay, private rooms, and kind staff. If you're a 🍀 smoker, you will feel right at home! I've NEVER stayed at a place that was so welcoming and inviting about 🍀 smoking. Dennis is wonderful! They also cook your breakfast!! AND, they have 🍀-infused meals with advance notice! So worth it!!”

”The room was clean. The linens were lovely. The king bed gave us a great sleep. Breakfast had awesome bacon and scrambled eggs. We would stay here again. A couple of little things.. pls provide some liquid dish soap in the kitchen. Plus a covered glass casserole dish would be a wonderful asset for heating up food in the microwave .”

”This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. I like all the decor. It's modern & beautiful. There's a good size parking lot. Depending on how you come into the city you have to go through several of the other businesses parking lots to get into the hotel. We didn't make it to the breakfast so I can't comment on it. I also like that it's located close to a large amount of restaurants. We will be staying here again.”

”The Outrider hotel was a great stay!! All of the staff were amazing and also helpful with any questions we had about the area. The rooms were very modern and clean. Including a nice tea pot in room and coffee in the lobby for the morning!! The sauna/cold plunge along with the hot tub were all in new condition and were very convenient after a long day. The fire pit area was relaxing as well. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants a luxury and welcoming stay!!”
