”We had a bit of a hassle at the check in since the reception had closed earlier than normal that day due to public holiday, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally. The room was clean, and the breakfast tasty.”

”On check in the manager ?? had already charged my card. He charged me $30 over the expedia booking price. The manager did not seem to know how expedia worked. He tried to help by ringing expedia, which was useless, the expedia was so useless I asked the manager to hand me the phone so i could clearly explain the situation.
