”Our hardworking weekend receptionist was very friendly and helpful. At one point we were on the hunt for champagne flutes to rent for an event and she referred us to Shane, the events manager at the nearby Best Western. It didn't work out (all of his flutes were on their way to a wedding) but still a great effort to help. The room was large and clean. Housekeeping was minimal but adequate. ”Had everything you could need: clean room, comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron. Conveniently located between “necessity” store s (markets, Walmart, Lowe’s, fast food, etc.), and the quaint part of town with dining and shoppes. Next to a diner (so-so, but ok in a pinch and if you’re not in a hurry).”

”The front hotel staff was completely rude and told us we had to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND the hotel to get to the casino when there was a hallway connecting the 2. My mom had to walk down a hill because he was rude and didn’t even tell us where to go or what direction our room was. I won’t be going back.”

”This is the vintage-looking quaint motel you pass at the edge of a town on the two lane and think, "Wonder what that place is like?" Most of the time those businesses are on the downside of their existence and not that appealing. The Fairbridge Inn is different. Neat, clean, quiet and well kept with a comfortable bed and room.. ”The hotel was advertised to have a 24 hour desk. Had to make a call and wait for someone to get checked in. The hotel was in need of major maintenance and repairs. It actually should not be open until the remodel was completed. TV didn’t work. No hair dryer. There were missing drawers. Flooring and walls in need of replacement. Burn marks on the bedding and a strong stale cigarette smoke in the air. I went to check out at 9am the next am, scheduled time for the front desk to open, and no one...

”Good affordable motel. Plenty of parking. Spacious room. A/C worked fine. Everything that’s necessary is available. No coffee machine in the room but you can get coffee (not the best quality though) and hot water at the motel office nearby. One minor issue: GPS leads you to the back of the hotel. Would be good to emphasize that the turn to China Buffet should be taken (maybe I missed it somewhere in the description).”

”The positive reviews are true! I’m particular about accommodations but Tyler Inn was really great. Rooms were very tended to and spotless (we stayed in Beach Boys). The breakfast was also really good - full of eggs, fruit, pancakes etc. All tasty! Kids loved it and we’ll be coming back again next time we visit Bethel. Thanks for this gem!”
