”My daughter and I stayed for a birthday trip. It was such a beautiful place. Someone kept in touch before, during and after our stay. I never felt like I was "out of the loop". Be prepared to walk about a mile to downtown. It is a nice, safe walk though. I would definitely recommend the Coach House!”

”The Silsbee Suite was lovely! Its def just for 1 or 2 ppl even though the kitchen is huge there is only 1 queen bed and a couch. You also habe acess to your own private patio but we were out all day and didnt really utilize that. This property is in walkimg distance to everything you need to get to and see in Salem. It is an old house and you can hear EVERYTHING! Even the other guests if they sneeze or laugh so just be aware of that. I would def stay again ”

”Overall it was a nice stay at The Cove. Location was great for those of us not wanting to be right in noisy downtown. About 25 minute walk, and 5-7 minute drive to the heart of Salem. Room was clean, decor and styling was nice, and it was fairly quiet. The only negatives I have are that one day our room was only half done room service wise for some reason, and the original lady who checked me in wasn’t overly friendly. Not rude, but not nearly as helpful or friendly as the other guy that was...

”Great property and great customer service ! The room was very clean and smelled great, bed was super comfy and there was a target and restaurants right around the corner ! We were about 15 minutes from Salem and about 30 from Boston so it was a great location. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again ! ”
