Traeger barbeque, indoor wood burning fireplace, outdoor fire pit, Keurig and traditional brew coffee machine, pool table, picnic table, outdoor lounge chairs, roundabout drive with ample free parking, luxurious bath towels, laundry facilities and supplies, mudroom wash basin, cleaning supplies and more.

**Before booking please note: This IS a genuine rural nature setting. You may encounter bugs, dirt, mud, a random power outage, or even a mouse! Wild turkeys, deer, hummingbirds and other birds are all frequently seen and harmless. Southern Utah does have rattlesnakes but they are very rare and we have never personally seen one on this property but please be aware. ***Sorry, no smoking and no pets.
