”The pool was much smaller than anticipated, but I didn't really inspect the photos either, maybe five or six kids could play nicely. The staff was amazing and efficient! The food was okay, hotel breakfast is always hit or miss and we knew that, we still filled up and appreciated the offerings! After checking out, the staff actually called me when they found my glasses in our room, I appreciated that as we were still in Rochester and could return for them! I would stay here again.”

”The breakfast was good. It was a standard continental breakfast. The lady that was helping Friday night was very friendly and helpful. However, the room is advertised as a 4-person room. My older daughter had to sleep in a friend's room as we had a double bed with a pull-out couch. Which was fine until we go to open the pull out and we had no sheets, a majorly stained mattress and it was a twin bed! How were we sleeping 4 people in that room? My kids are 13 and 15 and neither one would fit on...

”Okay stay. Bed linens were a bit ratted and dingy. Bunch of snags on them. No parking unless using Valet for $30.00, otherwise there is parking in the ramps and walking over. No breakfast included in stay, however there was a breakfast for a fee. It was Nice to be connected to the skyway, and close to things downtown, even within walking distance. Straight forward bare bones pool, small in size, but enough for a few kids to get some energy out. Overall, good. Would Stay again. ”

”We rented 2 rooms, 614 and 612. 612 had missing tiles from the ceiling in the bathroom, and the couch had stains on it (disgusting). The bed though it appeared made had long dark hairs in the bed. Room 614 was clean and comfortable, but the couch and recliner appeared well used and the carpet was stained. I am sad. The hotel had a great restaurant, bar and breakfast. I would love to stay again for simply those features, but the rooms...no.”
