Majatalot – Glendalough

”Tudor Lodge was a disaster as it was not open at all. We had made a reservation at least one month earlier via internet, but after driving several hundred kilometers we arrived to Tudor Lodge around 7.p.m. just to find out, that the place was closed down. A man opened the door and said that someone had passed away and that they wouldn't admit any guests. Nobody bothered to call us and inform about the situation. Thank you very much, hotels.com and Tudor Lodge - because of this we had to find...

”The room was excellent! Nice setup in a great town!”

”The room could have been cleaner floor was dusty. Parking was a bit of a challenge. The bar and restaurant were full therefore no parking for guests. Staff were friendly. Check in was also a challenge as we had to find someone that could check us in. Breakfast was delicious. ”

”Very good location using buses to city centre. Note: must have a LEAP card or coins for the bus as no credit card can be used to pay for bus travel. No on site reception staff - must read email with instructions for main door and room door entry codes and front and rear parking locations. Helpful cleaning staff available in the mornings.”
