”Basic accommodation was expected, but unreliable Wi-Fi was not I booked knowing it was budget accommodation, so I was perfectly happy with a no-frills place to sleep. However, one thing I was relying on was the advertised Wi-Fi, as I was travelling internationally and needed internet access. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout my stay. I want to give credit to the gentleman who came twice to try to fix it. He genuinely made an effort, and I appreciated his help. Although the Wi-Fi...

”The check-in process was incredibly frustrating. Upon arrival, I and another guest were left waiting outside because neither of us had been provided with an entry code. I had to walk to a neighboring property just to find someone who could contact the host for us. When the host was finally reached, their response was unprofessional. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, they were dismissive and shifted the blame entirely onto the booking platform. To make matters worse, the room itself...

”Beautiful quiet hotel. Excellent breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful.”

”Had a hard time getting in after dark, as there wasn’t an outside light on. Couldn’t read the entry code instructions. No one answered the doorbell. It was scary . My room was on the top floor, which was difficult, with my suitcase ; there was not a lift. My room was very hot; had to open the windows for it to cool down. As I was right outside the school playground next door, the noise woke me up early. Staff was very helpful & kind.”

”The room was clean and the location was covenient. I received an email about missing deposit payment after my stay. The missing payment made the check in difficult and I had to stand on the street to figure out the problem. I was glad that I didnt arrive late at night. Also there was loud noises during the night. The door was banged loudly almost 10minutes. ”

”Amazing Irish Breakfast with tea, coffee, pastries, juice, milk, and very nice staff. Very nice people. We had an early flight on the day of our checkout and they were so kind enough to have sent someone to drop off some breakfast in the lobby at around 5am. Above and beyond!”

”Aamiainen oli maukas ja monipuolinen 👍”

”My friend and I stayed here for a couple of days in a double twin room. The hotel is in a Geogian building, so dont expect any modern amenities, but the room was clean, comfy, and the beds were great. The wifi was stable and strong. The location is perfect for walking to the best things in Dublin. The staff, especially Lenka, was great in helping us get settled. There is no lift in the hotel. I was traveling with a heavy bag, and didn't realize there was no lift until check-in. Lenka...
