This large, freshly remodeled house in Gleneden Beach is perfect for your next family retreat or group gathering, with its very easy beach access, ocean views, and private hot tub supplying all you need at the coast. A new, sunny deck with picnic tables and a covered patio will help you spend your time outdoors, while a gas fireplace and flatscreen TVs are on hand to make your time indoors just as pleasant.



What's nearby:

This house is located a short walk from a gently sloping access point to sandy Gleneden Beach, which tends to be uncrowded and great for hunting agates. There are a limited number of restaurants and shops within walking distance, with golfing, souvenir shops, and spa treatments just to the north at Salishan Golf Resort. A short drive north to Siletz Bay National Wildlife Refuge will please birding enthusiasts, while Lincoln City and Devils Lake provide more opportunities to please everyone.

The house had everthing we needed for a large group. The hot tub was nice and hot, backyard was perfect for our dog. We especially loved the built in baby gate as we were traveling with a 20 month old, also had a nice highchair and pack n play. The arm to the couch is broken which i did report-hopefully that gets addressed. Overall was a good stay, thank you.

The house has a wonderful layout with the open floorplan. We were able to all be together even if meals were being prepped & cooked. The upstairs is the main part of the house & offers a decent view of the ocean. Access to the beautiful beach is a block away, however it could be a touch steep for some. The kitchen was well stocked for the most part & has a nice large frig. The hot tub was clean, set at a good temperature & provided a relaxing way to end each day. We thoroughly enjoyed our annual girls trip at Seabreeze Retreat.

I liked that the two bathrooms on each level were separate from bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked. The hot tub is clearly taken good care of, not too much chlorine.The only gripe is the sliding glass door which desperately needs to be addressed. I know each party that stays is different, but that door is unsafe and kind of unusable. When strong men have to wrestle with it, that is a problem.

We loved this house. It had everything we needed, location was perfect. Can’t get enough of that deck space. We all spent so much time there, listening to waves, seeing whales, relaxing. The hot tub was wonderful and the fenced yard gave my two GSD’s plenty of room to run safely when they weren’t with us on the decks. Love that the beach access was a quick walk to the end of the street. We sure hope to go back!

Barbecue was non-functional and hazardous to light. Sofa was filthy. No soap etc in shower pumps. Glassware was very under stocked. Washing machine was malfunctioning. TV channel selection was inadequate and complicated. Outdoor furniture was low-grade plastic chairs. Garbage cans were full upon arrival.

Family get away

We had a outstanding time the house was perfect for us. Well stocked kitchen all the gadgets you could need to prepare meals had only 2 issues one was dealt with very quickly a garbage disposal issue , our only reason to not perfect stay was a shower drain not draining.

This home is well-appointed and has a good layout and location. Our busy family with dogs had plenty of room and enough bedrooms for all. The housekeeping before our visit was less than great in that the hot tub was quite dirty and had no chlorine added (someone came by to clean it out but by then we had missed 5 opportunities we had counted on). That was disappointing. There were little things that may have been overlooked by staff such as no hot pads or oven mitts, not enough dishwasher detergent, no rug to step onto out of the upstairs shower, and the floor of the bathroom was dirty (not sure about the rest of the floors). There had been a broken lamp in the living room but we didn’t need it. We did try to clean up a bit but didn’t see a dust pan to go with the broom, and the dishwasher detergent situation. Again, the house layout, the beds/bedrooms, the wrap around deck and the location/view were very nice.

Enjoyable house

Our family of 6 adults and 5 kids really enjoyed this house! It had a comfortable living room with a view, the kitchen was well stocked, and with 5 bedrooms everyone could spread out. I would rent this house again in the future.

Great property, great ocean view.

Great property, can't wait to come back. Great for our extended family of 11! Lots of space inside and out, fully equipped with all the things. We had a group ranging from 6 to 76 years old. Outdoor shower was amazing, kids and adults loved it! Close to the beach, nice short walk. Couldn't have asked for better! Great views of the ocean and in a quiet neighborhood.

What a great house! We loved everything about it.

Close, easy beach access. Every bedroom is great! Lots of natural light and ocean views. 12 of us stayed for 5 days and loved it. Bring your own toilet paper, they don’t provide it! One cupboard in kitchen was broken upon arrival, and looked like it had been previously glued instead of repaired properly, but other than that, everything in the house was great, and we would definitely stay here again! It was super clean and comfy!

We had a wonderful time with our extended family in this home. The deck is fantastic and the location is very close to the beach. There is one safety issue on the deck we noticed the day we left—the railing has a few slats missing near the entry door at the top on the stairs. This could easily be addressed. Overall the stay was good. Great views. We had little kids so the short walk to the beach was perfect (and no stairs to the beach so taking our wagon was easy!). The home has good-sized bedrooms and a kitchen with lots of small appliances (instapot, electric griddle, slow cooker, etc.) and many utensils. There were also kids plates and cups. The living room couches were comfortable and they reclined. There is a TV in every room. We also loved the hot tub, which was filled the day we arrived with fresh water, which we appreciated. The house needs some TLC, specifically the appliances. We cooked meals on the grill and ate takeout most days because the range was falling apart. Three of the four burners don’t work properly. It’s a very old style of electric range and the connections to the burners appear to be broken. The refrigerator is large but the freezer does not maintain a temperature to keep things frozen. We had ice cream bars that melted, despite adjusting the freezer settings. The bunk beds in one room are metal and very loose and squeaky. We contacted maintenance via Vacasa a few times during our stay with issues and a maintenance person (who was great) came over to tighten the bunk beds. It didn’t help very much though and the beds still wobbled and squeaked. They need to be replaced. The dryer is also an older style and took 2 hours to dry clothes, which wasn’t very convenient. Lastly I think the bed linens in the queen room downstairs could be upgraded. We love Gleneden beach and world stay here again if some upgrades took place. Thanks!

Perfect place for multiple families

Beautiful, well loved home! Two families of 4 and grandparents stayed for 3 nights and had everything we could need and lots of space. We appreciated that we could bring our dogs and the close proximity to the beach was perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked, the hottub was great. Truly a wonderful place to stay on the coast!

Grandma's Birthday

The house was very relaxing and pet friendly, but you would never know that pets were allowed because everywhere was clean and fresh. The deck and back yard were fenced and just as clean as the inside of the house. Great views of the ocean and easy walk to the beach.

Everything was wonderful and the house is great! The past guest didn’t clean up the dog poop outside (we did it for them) and we weren’t able to find a check out cleaning list, so we did what was standard at other houses. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!
