Welcome to your private rustic country home, surrounded by mountains, perfect for families, dogs included, and ideal for entertaining with open plan living, and doors that open onto a large timber covered deck overlooking the garden.

Walk or ride to swim in the crystal clear Never Never river, wander the flat 5-acre garden, play games, run around, listen to the birds and watch the sun setting over the mountains.

All of this is nestled down a quiet country road, and waiting to provide a relaxing escape mixed with opportunities of adventure.

You’ll also find some friendly chickens for fresh eggs and, depending on the season, garden produce to enjoy.

At night, when the sky is clear, the stars are phenomenal - with many shooting stars to captivate you.

The Space

The home comprises a spacious kitchen, dining, living and large open-plan entertaining room with a wood burner, all flowing out onto a large timber deck with doors that open wide to let the outdoors in.

There are four bedrooms:

• One main bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite, bath, fan, and featuring a cute hideaway bunk bed for kids
• One main bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite, fan, small Tv, and view to the deck
• One main bedroom with a queen bed, air-con and plenty of space for temporary beds if needed
• A smaller room with a foldaway futon that makes for a reading room during the day.
• Three bathrooms, 4 toilets, 3 showers, and a mud room at the entrance

The Kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, sandwich toaster and blender.

The Dining Room comfortably seats 10 people. Outside, there is a covered dining area that seats 12-16 people.

The Lounge Room features a large corner lounge that seats 10 people, extra floor cushions, a 70-inch TV and Starlink Wi-Fi.

The Reading Room is a quiet space just off the lounge with a sliding door leading to the fenced back section of the yard, perfect for dogs.

The Deck is massive - ideal for relaxing on the day bed or hammock. Just three steps away is the firepit, perfect for toasting marshmallows under the stars.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the gardens surrounding the house, including the BBQ, firepit, hammock, outdoor pavilions for quiet time, and plenty of garden areas to wander and explore.

There are a few bikes available to ride to the river, although it’s also an easy walk. Walking tracks are close by.

Part of the backyard is fully fenced for dogs, making your four-legged companions very welcome.

Other Things to Note

The property can comfortably accommodate 6 adults, can be 8, although two will need to use other sleeping like the bunk or futon.

For children, there is one double bunk, and there is ample room in some of the bedrooms for additional bedding if needed.

The main living space is air-conditioned, with one bedroom also having air-conditioning. The other bedrooms have fans.

There is plenty of parking, tank water, and limited mobile coverage, although Wi-Fi calling works well.

Entertainment includes Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+.

15 minutes drive to Bellingen, 30 minutues to amazing beaches, and 40 minutes from Coffs Harbour.
