”My husband and I spent the weekend here, and it was absolutely wonderful. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and such a refreshing escape from the city. We enjoyed watching the birds, but the highlight for me was seeing the baby deer roaming around. It was magical. At night, the stars were breathtaking, and the quiet made it even more special. ”Very nice location, right in front of the beach of Lake Huron. Sunrise view is spectacular. We did have an issue while there, it was addressed and taken care of.”

”The Sanctuary is a magical place carved into nature where for a short time the weary traveler can rest their body and their soul. The deer, beavers, swans and cranes were excellent hosts. The cabin is spacious, comfortable and well furnished. The human hosts are also gracious and welcoming. I've stayed there twice and hope to return again. ”

”Had a wonderful, snowy weekend away on Lake Huron. I hadn’t realized that the four bedrooms were located in two cottages side by side but it worked out just fine. Both cottages were clean, cozy, warm and welcoming with beautiful views of the water. Would definitely come back again. Maybe we’ll try it in the summer next time! ”
