”The apartment was lovely, so relaxing and the view was amazing. We had a little hiccup with receiving information about entering the property, this was my fault, but once I rang the management company they were very quick to send me the information so we were able to get in. Once we had parked right at the door and in the apartment it felt like home, very new, great shower and hot water. Bed was a king size and comfortable. ”Wonderful property with amazing views! We enjoyed spending time on the expansive deck watching the TSS Earnslaw go by as well as beautiful sunrises and sunsets. ”We were a family of 4 : 2 adult children : so having a bedroom each was important. Access and self check in was easy. The views were amazing: The heated floors in the bathrooms were really nice. :Lots of space and very close to downtown Queenstown. A very nice neighbourhood. "The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and quality pillows. Breakfast, however, was a disappointment—I missed fresh vegetables and would have appreciated more than just butter to put on my bread. The breakfast area was crowded every morning, and the space felt quite cramped. The food at the hotel restaurant was poor in quality and didn’t meet expectations. Keep in mind that the hotel sits atop a small hill, which makes the walk from Queenstown’s town centre slightly uphill. "
