Bright, Bold & Beautiful! This cabin is big & fun & just a few steps away from the Caddo River!
The generous upper deck has rockers, a seating bench & several bar height bar stools - thereby providing the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Built in benches & several bar height picnic tables provide plenty of seating on the spacious under deck which also offers privacy & shade. Here guests can enjoy fun activities with family & friends…such as cornhole - boards & bags are provided!
Upon entering the cabin guests will find that the spacious living area has plenty of windows with views onto the front deck & beyond! There is also an eye catching electric fireplace to keep guests warm & cozy during the cooler months. The beautiful kitchen is very inviting & stocked with most everything one could need.
The two front bedrooms offer views onto the front deck. They each have a king size bed & an adjoining bathroom and a walk in shower.
The two middle bedrooms each have a king size bed & an adjoining bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The cozy bunk room has two sets of three bunk beds - three full size & three twin size!
There is also a half bath just off the kitchen!
The laundry room complete with washer & dryer is also just off the kitchen.

Large group getaway
Great property, easy access to river. House was very clean. Comfortably accommodated our large group of 17. We got locked out of property for 2 hours due to keypad battery going out…host and property manager were very difficult to get ahold of. Eventually, we got in touch with them and they called a locksmith which saved the day. Overall, a really nice place. Our group had a great time!!

Great place to stay!
We loved the house and how close it was to the river. Great spot! The house is absolutely beautiful! It was perfect for four families to stay and have plenty of room. Hoping to stay there again next year!

Perfect for large group
We really enjoyed our stay. This was able to easily accommodate the large group of 10+ people and infants and give us easy access to the river. Also plenty of room to hang out and grill downstairs. Couple of things to note - no soap for baths/showers and guests staying in bunk room will need to use one of the bedroom baths/showers. Everything else was great. We would definitely stay here again!

We have a family of 14 but only 10
Of us stayed. The place is so big and nice we didn’t get in anyone’s way. Sleeping was not a problem. We enjoyed the room under the house had a fun time with Baggo and played baseball behind the house. We would like to come back in the future.

Great visit
Came for the eclipse but enjoyed the river and property immensely. Huge great room, well stocked property. If planning a trip to hot springs or crater of diamonds this is a wonderful place to stay.

Early Thanksgiving Getaway
We needed a spot to just sit still and enjoy some time together. This location was perfect. Not too far from home, but exactly what we needed. The perfect space to host family style dinners and have lots of fun playing cards or games! Thank you for your responsiveness and help! We loved every minute!

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful time in the house. It was in an ideal location between Hot Springs and Crater of Diamonds. Grocery store right down the street and really delicious Mexican restaurant super close by. House listing was accurate. Property manager responded very promptly to questions. Beds were comfy and furniture was great quality. Lots of outdoor space for kids to run and play. Sound does carry a lot in this space (even with bedroom doors shut) so keep that in mind if traveling with little ones. We had a one month old and managed okay since she’s a good sleeper. Also, the front door lock is a little tricky to lock from the outside. It took some time to figure out how to get it just right so the bolt would catch. No issues during our stay and we would definitely stay here again if we go that way!

tried to contact owner about early check in since cabin was not booked day before still no response.
cabin was clean but underneath at picnic tables spiders were terrible just everywhere .

Spacious, Comfortable, and Clean
I didn’t realize how large it was until we arrived. We had 14 people with us and we were all very comfortable with our stay! The neighborhood was quiet with plenty of space for each house. The walk to the river and pond was easy. The house came with the essentials (towels, bedding, appliances, coffee cups, toilet paper and paper towels). TV worked great for us to watch the Women’s College World Series and movies. Overall we are very pleased with our choice and look forward to coming back!

Nice side yard for children to play. Just steps from River. Very large place. Kitchen is not stocked with pots or drinking containers for large groups. No closets. Loved the porch and concrete slab under building. Beds are kinda hard on your legs getting in and out being a raw box wood frame. Odd trash dumpster being a portable building that you open the door to and bags of trash stacked to ceiling and blocking door. Host really nice. Had a few repairs with air conditioning and breaker for “ microwave “ from prior renters. Repair guys very nice and efficient. Holds 17 people but only seating for 8 in a large living room that could have more seating easily. Will consider returning.
