”First, I had occasion to contact the property several times before our arrival and the staff could not have been nicer nor more pleasant to talk to and were very happy to accommodate my requests. Upon arrival, again the staff was beyond helpful and pleasant and went above and beyond to promise us coffee earlier than their normal set up time (we were out early fishing). The rooms were very clean and everything worked and even though we were close to the freeway, the traffic noise never bothered...

”Room wasn't clean. I spoke to the night clerk for 2 nights in the row about have bugs and mosquitoes in my room. One actual told me that I couldn't move at night because house keepers were not there to clean the room so they could rent it. Thry were more worried about my health and safety. Also room door was messed up”

”This hotel is definitely not a hotel it is a motel with a lowercase m. It is covered in cobwebs that blocked door and required me to duck. The lamp was unplugged which required me to find lights in the pitch black. The furniture was either stained or ripped. The bathroom was really run down there was no tub stopper and you could see the copper discoloration of the pipe. There was no inner shower liner and the shower was so low that at 5’10 I had to squat the entire time. The towels were...
