”We stayed here because we needed something pet friendly. Clean enough to sleep and not do much else. ”

”The establishment was nice and the room was nice but some of the staff were not very helpful and I felt they were being unexplainable rude to my family and guests making up rules for us specially. ”

”All the hype ended up not so grand of a stay. Beds aren’t comfortable, the club lounge was not worth the money for the food they served and they tack taxes and fees on everything from the resort fees to the club lounge to the rooms. Made the mistake of Easter weekend and were over run with families with small children running around. They have a reward point system that no one tells you about and good luck getting any receipts to submit for it! Highlight of the stay was not part of...

”Absolutely amazing property exceeded my expectations. Most definitely will travel there again.”

”Nice breakfast, pleasant staff, clean room with comfortable bed. Inly complaints were thin walls ( I could hear neighbor coughing) and a SUPER cold pool. Pool was small, but ok for our 3 grandkids to play. If there had been more people it would have been crowded.”

”It was pretty clean I wish they had an ice machine on each floor and a gym especially because there is no Anytime fitness in town it would have been nice to have something in the building even if it were just a few things to use.”

”Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again.”

”Room had a smell of cat urine, bathroom was cold no vent or heat. There was no hot water and we were up graded to the jacuzzi room and was not able to use it due to the lack of hot water. Informed front desk of hot water issue when we checked out and we’re told to let the hot water run form15-20 minutes and then it should be hot. Terrible room will not be back.”

”The views of the lake are amazing, nice sized room with a comfortable bed, fireplace. The bathroom is roomy with sufficient counter space.”
