”The room was very clean, the only issue was that we had to wait a couple minutes even before 3pm, the check in time, to be able to check in bc the hotel was very busy and the room wasn’t ready, but staff got on it and all good.”

”The room and lobby area was impressively clean. I didn't wake up early enough for the included breakfast. This was not a problem for us as we are deep sleepers, but for someone who is not, they may want to request a room furthest from the express way. Highway traffic noise was not avoidable. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!”

”Overall, we experienced an enjoyable stay! While the halls smelled a bit strange and the overall hotel itself was a bit outdated, it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The manager was highly proactive at troubleshooting a plumbing issue with our room that popped up before our arrival and was able to resolve the challenge without issue and make our stay more convenient! We'll definitely stay here again if we're ever back in town.”

”There was a minor equipment problem in the handicap room where of the two shades one did not work There was a major problem with noise in the room. The room is on the second floor and apparently the pool must’ve been just below. There were children yelling and screaming continuously for many minutes right at bedtime after 8 o’clock. I called the front desk and was told that the pool would close at 10 that they couldn’t really do something about the noise but also if I would like to move to a...

”The whole place is very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool is always a hit with our kids. Close to anything you might need. We highly recommend staying here to eveyone.”

”The best hotel stay I've had in a long while. Went with my husband and toddler. It seemed like we were upgraded to a suite because the room was very spacious and clean and stocked with lots of soap in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep well. Breakfast was fantastic. The only issue we had was the shower door would not stay closed- it kept rolling open so we had to shove a towel in the corner. There's also an amazing playground 4 miles down the road! I will be staying...

”This is a nice, basic place to stay. No frills, but clean, quiet and comfortable. Accessible to shops and restaurants in Wooster with a 5-10 minute drive. The bed was clean and modestly firm - no lumps or bumps! Showers were nice and hot... too hot, actually, so mind the tap!”

”The staff here were super friendly, enthusiastic even, it felt very welcoming. Comfy bed, plenty of hot water (top two criteria when we travel), a nice continental breakfast, and a quiet location with no highway traffic noise. The pool was a bit small, but any pool at all is good, and it was open long hours. On the down side, there was a barking dog next door (not the motel’s fault), and our room had a couple maintenance issues (toilet seat slid around and the curtains wouldn’t open). But...

”Parking was conveniently outside the hotel entrance and we were greeted in the lobby. Our check-in was quickly finished and our breakfast (s) and needs for the next couple of nights recorded. Fantastic room with modern and useful amenities. The structure of the original brick building with custom designs in each room. Quiet and cozy with beverages and snacks for guests. Five star restaurant across the street with many downtown eateries within walking distance. Perfect hotel to enjoy Wooster. ”
