”We recently stayed at this hotel after a long 13-hour drive from San Antonio, Texas, with our family of four. Initially, we reserved a room with two wide beds, but to our pleasant surprise, we received an upgrade upon arrival. ”There was one particular woman that checked me in in the evening and she was incredibly knowledgeable and sweet. Went the extra mile to find my rewards # and connect my stay. The food was ok, the usual egg patties and sausage, toast and bagels, muffins and pancakes or waffles, yogurt and the strangest mini oranges and apples,,,have never seen fruit like that. not normal looking. NO bananas, or suasage gravy or bacon, or oatmeal. The building on the outside looks dated but my room was really...

”Value for money. Breakfast was a positive surprise. Room noise isolation not the best.”

”My room had dead roaches and live bugs! I found hairs in the bed and all over the restroom.”

”Very nice hotel with excellent staff, free parking and great breakfast buffet. Beds are plush (softer style of mattress) and rooms are spotless. Only places for improvement would be having the bar stay open past 9pm and adding internet channel capabilities to the television (would only require new boxes from Xfinity).”

”Great location. The Santa Fe Plaza is in walking distance, so you don't have to struggle with parking. Roomy compared to your usual hotel room and the kitchenette came in handy. I felt the price was very reasonable for the amenities.”

”I believe it used to be a motel that has been transformed into a cute, tiny hotel. It was not very close to La Plaza so walking was intense without a car. We had hot days, stores did not open before 10/11 am and many were close d completely or would close at 5 pm. All in all it was ok but I found staff as totally uninformed and non cooperative. Most common answer was "I don't know".”
