”Great location”

”As a family we have stayed at this hotel a number of times now, as it is a great stop off point for us on the way to Cornwall. The staff are very helpful and polite, the hotel itself is very clean and spacious, and the swimming pool, whilst being small, is a great attraction for us. The only thing I would say is that if you want dinner in the restaurant then it is imperative that you reserve a table ahead of time, otherwise it will likely be fully booked.”

”Priced was right, rooms were clean, everything was in good working condition, located close to The Docks (lots of great restaurants, pubs, breweries), plenty of parking, amenities were sufficient. Would stay there again!”

”Enjoyed our stay, we were on the top floor, but no lifts. Anyone with mobility issues might struggle. There is a stair lift to first floor that needs hotel staff in attendance. Room was spacious, bed very comfortable and facilities fine, We elected to have "no clean" service, (the hotel's policy for saving water) but we did expect the inside of the windows to have been cleaned, the views were obscured because of this. Also, we expected tea, coffee and milk to be replaced, but had to ask. Hotel...
