”What a wonderful house and what a wonderful time we had there. The main floor has an excellent, fully stocked kitchen and comfy living room. Downstairs is the main bedroom and bathroom with an extra large tub. A real bonus is that it's nice and cool down there (there's also a floor fan if needed). Upstairs from the main floor is a very large bedroom with 3 single beds and a second bathroom with shower. One evening we walked down to the dock area (about a quarter mile away) to watch the sunset....

”We are more accustomed to VRBO condos and homes in South Carolina so at first....and we arrived vey late at night after a four hour airport delay...we were taken back by the multi-level and multi-areas in the house but after just one day we were all saying "wow-what a great place this is to stay". "Stay at Niles Beach" is New England charming ,completely and well decorated as if the owners lived there, very clean, stocked with everything you need and the owners were very helpful and so pleasant...
