The tub kept filling up with water and drained very slowly, so with the shower running I was standing in at least 6 inches of water. The toilet didn’t flush. The AC never stopped running and the carpet smelled. Basically, this room (356) should not be used. In addition to all that, I called the front desk and requested an extra blanket. I was told someone would bring one. No one ever...

”The inside of the apartment was clean. The bed was amazing and hot water was adequate. The price I paid was fair for the room. The only issues were that the living room is massive with only 2 uncomfortable manual recliners in the middle of the room for seating. A love seat would be ideal. ”Place can be ok for a night stay but not recommended for a week or more, hotel needs a complete renovation its run down and so many damage stuff and rust i get its Florida and it's expensive to run a hotel specially when they have the a/c running 24/7”

”What a great little place right in the heart of Cape Coral,..very affordable..I couldn't believe every room had a full kitchen with a fridge, microwave and my favorite a coffee maker! and an oven and a stove! The rooms were very big and it was very nice to have a patio also..I'm going to stay here whenever I have more work up in Cape Coral.”

”Loved the suite! The space was perfect and comfortable. The staff was super nice as well. The building is old and there are areas where the carpet was stained and the walls were worn, but that did not distract from the room and overall experience. And the price is awesome. I will definitely return.”
