Spend your days swimming, paddling, fishing, or floating on the lake, then gather around the fire pit under the stars. Whether you're planning a family vacation, friends' getaway, reunion, or small retreat, Paddle & Pine offers the privacy, space, and amenities to make your stay unforgettable.


The home features six king bedrooms, three bathrooms, additional sleeping spaces in the office, media room, and loft, plus multiple gathering spaces designed to make your stay comfortable and memorable.





Main Living Space:

Enjoy lake views through a wall of windows in the open living and dining area, perfect for gathering, sharing meals, and relaxing together.





Reading Loft:

A cozy loft space ideal for quiet mornings with coffee, reading, or taking a break from the group.





Bedrooms:

The home includes six private bedrooms, all featuring king beds. Additional sleeping spaces in the office, media room, and loft make it easy to accommodate larger groups comfortably.

Enjoy pool, ping pong, foosball, shuffleboard, darts, corn hole, and arcade games for hours of entertainment.





Media Room:

A comfortable space perfect for movie nights and video games, or cozy up at the game table with a puzzle or board game after a day on the lake.

The property opens to a large lawn perfect for outdoor games and gatherings, with 47 acres of forest and nature to explore beyond the lake. Relax on the deck overlooking the water or enjoy the patio beside our stand of apple trees.





Private Lake:

Swim, paddle, fish, or simply relax and enjoy nature by the water just steps from the house.

The lake is private and exclusively available to guests of the property, with no public access and no other homes on the shoreline. Enjoy a rare level of privacy while exploring the water by kayak or canoe, fishing from shore, or simply taking in the quiet surroundings.

To help preserve the lake's natural ecosystem and quiet atmosphere, motorized watercraft are not permitted.





Wildlife:

The lake and surrounding forest are home to a variety of wildlife, including herons, songbirds, turtles, frogs, deer, wild turkeys, and an active beaver population that helps shape the lake's natural ecosystem. Early risers are often rewarded with wildlife sightings at sunrise, while evenings bring beautiful sunsets and activity around the lake.




Fruit & Berries:

In late summer, guests are welcome to enjoy seasonal blueberries, blackberries, apples, and pears growing throughout the property.




Amenities:

While the property feels secluded, several charming Adirondack towns are just a short drive away where you’ll find restaurants, coffee shops, small local stores, and outdoor recreation. The area offers access to hiking trails, scenic drives, and additional lakes to explore.

For those looking to venture a little farther, day trips to Saratoga Springs, Lake George, and Cooperstown are all within about an hour's drive.




Things to Know:

• Due to the property's secluded location, most major carriers do not provide cellular service at the house. Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi calling are available throughout the home.

• The home is served by a private well. Filtered drinking water is available at the kitchen sink.

• Please note that the home includes multiple staircases and cannot be accessed without ascending stairs. As a result, the property may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

• Out of respect for the property and neighboring homes, parties, weddings, and large events are not permitted without prior written approval.
