”Its ridiculous to have to pay $18.00 parking per day and you already paying to stay there. Parking should be included "free" with the purchase of them room. The elevators kept getting stuck , had to carry our luggage from the 3rd using the stairs. ”

”Room was amazing, as was the facility, the amenities, the location, and the staff.”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”The property and staff were fine. TV didnt work. Mattresses were so old that the springs litterally dug into our backs at night. Awful sleeping experience. ”

”Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. ”

”My family and I stayed here for a quick sleep on our road trip. The staff was great from the front desk to the kitchen, they were so welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good. Very clean and peaceful. Thank you Hilton!”

”Great hotel, and a very good location convenient to a lot of great restaurants sent to the convention center. The only issue I had was that the restaurant and bar were minimally staffed. I’d hoped to find a lot more lively a hospitality aspect at the hotel. But the rooms were nice and quiet.”

”The woman at the front desk was not friendly. She made me pay a $150 deposit but wouldn’t explain why, just that it would be returned to me when we checked out. At checkout, I couldn’t understand her when I asked for return of the deposit. ”

”The room wasn’t very clean, and the people staying there were extremely noisy. They even yelled at my husband while he was unpacking the car for no reason. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this place wasn’t worth $90. The only positive thing is that it’s dog-friendly and there’s no extra fee.”
