Różewko is the smallest village in the world. Evidence? There is only one farm here, and around it there is a plot so large that you can get lost in it for the whole day, reading books in a hammock, sunbathing by the pool or picking fruit in the orchard. If you spend a weekend here, you'll relax like you've spent the whole week. With a bit of luck, you will listen to the host's stories about the bees he keeps and even get a jar of honey.
A comfortable, spacious two-story holiday home. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a fireplace and TV. It also serves as a dining room. On the first floor there are 4 separate bedrooms + a mezzanine with an additional double bed. There are also 3 bathrooms (2 with a shower, 1 with a bathtub). On the first floor there is also a living room with a bio-fireplace and a lounge sofa + a handy kitchenette with a kettle and a coffee machine. Central heating. Wireless internet is available.
There is plenty of space around the house to lounge and sunbathe (there are sun loungers). There is barbecue equipment, a garden shed, a fireplace and a set of garden furniture. There are hammocks, but the biggest attraction, especially in summer, is the covered swimming pool. There is parking. The owners of the property live in the neighboring house.
For a small fee, you can order home-made breakfasts (local, healthy products).
The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water and gas consumption, covered swimming pool (from 01/06 to 30/09), final cleaning, parking, internet.
In the immediate vicinity, it is primarily an opportunity for idyllic relaxation, lazing around and contact with nature. There is a small vegetable garden, an orchard, a greenhouse and an apiary on site. Perfect conditions for organizing interesting bicycle trips.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Landlord lives on the same property. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
