The cottage boasts high-standard finishes, extensive glazing, and a cozy interior with a fireplace. Guests have access to a well-maintained and fenced garden, a barbecue with a fire pit, a parking space, and broadband internet access. For a fee (PLN 300.00 for the first day, PLN 100.00 for each additional day), guests can use the hot tub with a jacuzzi. Compared to other properties in the area, the house stands out for its unique location – far from neighbors, guaranteeing privacy and undisturbed relaxation.

The proximity of the Krzeszna train station (250 meters) makes it easy to reach. The stylish Gościniec Malinówka restaurant, serving fresh, delicious Polish and Kashubian cuisine, is just 100 meters away. Within 1 kilometer there are two ski lifts in Koszałków and Kotlinka.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
