”This property was rated excellent. No way! Smelled of must and mildew throughout the entire building and even outside. We stayed here so we could relax in a jacuzzi and the pool and our confirmation said we had that available, yet we get there and learn that the pool and jacuzzi are under construction and unavailable. The so-called breakfast was very limited pretty much just bails or toast. So we paid a higher amount than other places in the area and didn't get anything we stayed there for. And...

”Not worth the price. Period. The front desk guy was sleeping when I arrived then seemed bothered by me being there. Didn’t speak to me other than for my ID and I would have asked for an upgrade since I needed a freezer but it wasn’t an option. The room, I had to take a video…paint peeling off multiple walls, stained shower wall, grout missing from the tub, cobwebs around the window, the lumpiest pillows (all of them) I’ve ever experienced. ”We had booked for 4 nights, we had requested a room with a marina view. We were given a 2nd Floor room FACING A WALL. We requested a different room and were told "All rooms face a wall" and no other rooms were available. The thermostat in our room was not working and the air conditioner was very noisy. The dining room was very small and hav a very limited menu and the bartender served as the waiter and server. We checked out a day early and will not return to any Sheraton.”

”I did not enjoy my stay here.
In my room, the TV turned on on its own at about 3:30 in the morning both the nights I stayed. Ruining my sleep.
The water pressure should not even be called water pressure because it was a drizzle.
The rooms were dilapidated. Cabinets hanging faucets, breaking. The showerhead hair all in it. I will not be returning to this hotel.”
