”Good hotel in general. Great location — walking distance to shops and restaurants. I stayed there 7 nights. The room was only cleaned twice even though I asked multiple times to have the room cleaned. Also, the bathroom had an isssue that they never fixed even though I asked multiple times.
However they felt bad about it at the end of the stay and refunded me 50% off one night. So, there’s that. All in all, I would stay there again —- just need to stay on top of the front desk everyday.”

Everything needs upgrading, including the carpet. There was no microwave nor refridgerator; there was no lotion, not even water.
The room service tried to open our door without knocking - this was creepy.
This was not Marriott's standard at all”

”The front desk Asian employee initially charged me $170 per night for incidentals. After I stepped away to verify whether that amount was correct, she changed it to just $20. When I asked how the amount could change so drastically, she couldn’t provide an explanation.
She also assigned me to a room where the phone wasn’t working, so I couldn’t call the front desk. When I tried calling from my cell phone, she didn’t answer.
I also requested fresh towels because the two towels in my room had hair...

”Kokemus ei ollut hyvä, mutta ihan omasta syystä. Hotelli olisi pitänyt varata suoraan paikan päältä, sillä se olisi tullut halvemmaksi. Huoneen olisi pitänyt olla 33 m2, mutta se oli korkeintaan 10 m2. Todella suuri pettymys!!!! Lisäksi meille neuvottiin huoneeseen meno niin, että auto piti viedä rakennuksen taakse, sitten nousimme portaita 3:een kerrokseen, kävelimme 2 pitkää käytävää ja siellä olisi ollut hissit, jotka olivat ihan lähellä respaa, mutta vain koska sen pään parkkipaikat olivat...
