”Rebecca is the best! Whatever you want/need she’s there! Had a problem with the bedside lamp - she fixed it, injured my knee, she fed me (not for free I hasten to add before scores of people want the same!). She cooked my breakfast and made sure I was made to feel VERY welcome. Sort of sorry to leave!”

”The property is well maintained and very clean , we found the room spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of items to order. The host James was very professional and happy to advise on the area . Close to the cliff lift to the spa, and we found the area nice for walking around Scarborough. The public transport links are close by , you can easily leave the car parked and enjoy a driving free break. We would fully recommend the waves for a short or longer break”

”A wonderful stay with a beautiful room (well rooms as it had a seperate living and dining room) over the top of a Proper Pub, (wooden beams, walls covered in old brewery and pub stuff) music in the background but not so loud as to drown out conversation. Great selection of ales. Really couldn't fault it. Nice breakfast basket in the room, milk and OJ in the fridge. We were overlooking the beer garden but the noise wasn't excessive. Everyone we met from the bar staff to the lady who was cleaning...
