Asunnot – Goathland

”Great location, super views and that’s where it stops. Faulty bathroom light intermittently turns on and off, thick dust and cobwebs on beams, VERY limited kitchen equipment, no toilet brush, stains on carpets, rugs and sofa needs a lick of paint to cover scuffs to make it look more appealing”

”Perfectly situated apartment, well furnished nice style.Good communication with hostUnfortunately 1 broken and 1 dirty plate in cupboard Otherwise a great place to stay and would use again”

”We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. One thing I would suggest is getting new mattress. It is quite worn and lumpy. Apart from that it's a great place. ”

”Great location. Plenty of room. Good views from room. Everything you need in thus apartment. Well priced. Central for all the bars and restaurants literally 2 mins walk away also not far from train station..we parked in the Marina car park which was about a 10 min walk. All good. Thanks for a pleasant stay”

”Booked in for 3 nights only stayed 2. The cottage needs a deep clean desperately. The shower was absolutely filthy, the grouting was black and mouldy at the back of the taps was grimy. The shower head was grotty There were cobwebs on the beam in the bathroom Sofa had crumbs down the side and needed a good clean The radiator in the bedroom was full of dust - it has not been cleaned for years The blinds were dusty, cobweb on the mirror and skirting boards dusty Kitchen was clean Outside...

”Great location and nice place”

”Excellent location and the apartment was really lovely. Pros - location, five minute walk to the harbour. Perfect. Lovely and quiet location so no disturbed sleep. Kitchen was well equipped with plates and utensils etc. Good size dishwasher and the freezer was a bonus. Lovely shower, powerful and lovely hot water. Towels clean and fluffy. Views of the Abbey are stunning and the balcony is a lovely little space. Little extras like milk, tea and coffee, shower gel pouches much...

”The location was perfect, generally clean and modern property. There was a bit of an odour, not sure if former smoker or recent cooking, but a few candles or room freshers is just needed and the bathroom door was not working and reported it, they said had been reported before us but could not get the parts… had to move to the lounge at times for privacy reasons . Over all good stay and as needed ”

”Great Property in a great location”

”We had a great stay in the penthouse flat. Great central location and lovely flat. Parking voucher worked but usual problem of finding a space. Only negative is the initial impression when entering the stair well it was must and the carpet was not clean. Which is the totola opposite to the flat which was very clean and well presented.”

”Very nice apartment convenient for local attractions. Walking distance of Whalebone Arch. If, like me, you don’t have a var, it's within walkin distance of supermarket, local tourist bus which goes to all local attractions, including the Abbey. Be aware the loft appartment is up 3 flights of stairs, but once you reach it, it is very quaint and an ideal base. I was there when it was very strong winds and heavy rain, but the flat js very snug and warm so I was pleasantly surprised. Well stocked...
